The rooms shown online were comfortable. Check-in surprise: offered tea/coffee and buffet breakfast. Convenient location for walking and nearby restaurants. Victorian-style rooms with high ceilings. Lovely sitting room on ground floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and air-conditioned rooms, perfect for the recent heat wave. The location was ideal, conveniently close to the Dart and right beside Aviva Stadium, making it easy to attend events. The breakfast provided was satisfying and there was a fantastic choice of food.
Don't have any issues at all.

Located just off Lansdowne Road DART station, it's easy to explore the city's sights from this hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated with a touch of old-style charm and the beds are comfortable. You'll also appreciate the convenient coffee machine and kettle in the room, stocked with plenty of coffee capsules, tea bags, and milk. The property is also minutes away from the Aviva Stadium and Embassies, making it perfect for early morning appointments.
The noise from outside can be quite disruptive for light sleepers.

We had a great time staying at this charming hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and cozy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the easy self-check-in process. we had a positive experience at Butlers Town House and would recommend it.
One drawback was that we never received any instructions about self-check-out, which caused some confusion. Additionally, while the room was decent for the price, the cleanliness could have been improved, as we noticed dust and dirt in the bedroom.

I recently stayed at this place and I absolutely loved it! The location was really great, as it was in a beautiful area of Dublin that was quiet and convenient to the downtown area. The staff were amazing and made me feel like I was at home. The room was also fantastic, with heating and air conditioning available, as well as tea and coffee facilities. The free toiletries were a nice touch as well. I also really enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area.
I would definitely recommend this venue to my family and friends.
